Our dental hygiene department is equipped to help our patients maintain the best oral health possible. Each of our services is performed by a Registered Dental Hygienist to help you reverse periodontal concerns and maintain healthy teeth and gums.
Preventive Cleanings
We recommend a preventive dental cleaning every six months for patients with healthy smiles. These cleanings allow us to remove the plaque and tartar deposits that have accumulated between your dental check-ups. If left in place, these bacteria would lead to gum disease. Our gentle cleanings help you maintain optimum health to preserve your teeth for a lifetime.
Oral Hygiene Instruction
If you need to re-vamp your oral hygiene in a few areas or have appliances that are difficult to clean around, our dental hygienists will formulate an oral hygiene plan to help. Using different techniques or oral hygiene aids, you can easily reverse symptoms of gingivitis in just two weeks. We will also discuss areas of enamel demineralization and what you can do to help.
