How Does it Work?
We use an oral sleep appliance called The Moses to naturally open your airway and increase oxygen flow. It works by positioning the lower jaw slightly forward, a technique that is also used in the rescue-breathing portion of CPR. This prevents the tongue and other soft tissues in the back of the mouth from sealing the airway off as you sleep.
How to Get Started
Evergreen Dental Group will work alongside of your sleep physician to create a care plan that addresses your particular type of sleep apnea. The Moses appliance also helps with snoring.
